One Solid Core grew out of my desire to combine all the techniques and tools I acquired in 25 years of nursing. I literally and figuratively bring them to the table. One Solid Core is a place to focus on your individual needs. I love what I am doing because I have an opportunity to spend an extended period of time one on one with each client. I believe true healing can take place when the therapist respects the client’s input and listens and responds to the body as it is being worked on.
